Precision Dynamics Corporation (PDC), showcased and educated attendees on its Smart Band RFID Wristband System and VIP Band Wristbands at the 28th Annual World Waterpark Association (WWA) Symposium and Trade Show last week.
Attendees experienced first-hand how RFID works in a waterpark environment with a "Passport to Technology Tour". Through in-booth presentations, attendees learned how the technology can increase revenues and streamline operations for indoor and outdoor waterparks. Those participating were given a passport to be stamped by PDC partners at other exhibits for a chance to win a trip for two to Cancun, Mexico.
PDC participated in the WWA educational session "Waterpark Resort Technology Review", and the company's Leisure and Entertainment Sales Manager, Tom Foster, was a panel member along with RFID and waterpark experts Mike Skelton of Ideal Software Systems, Mark Moore of Splash Universe and Denise Weston of Creative Kingdoms. The panel discussed the future of RFID technologies and ideas that enhance the guest experience, revenue and efficiencies.
Additionally, PDC's wristbands were featured at the exhibition. VIP Bands provide waterparks with visible, non-transferable identification for crowd control. VIP Bands are customizable, colourful and waterproof and can offer promotional benefits as well, helping to maximize the waterpark's brand image.
