Alien Technology has announced that Arizon RFID Technology (Yangzhou) Co., Ltd. will manufacture Alien inlays for the Chinese market. Arizon has one of the world's largest RFID manufacturing facilities and is well positioned to service the dynamic Chinese market. This partnership brings together Arizon's high-quality production capabilities with Alien's high-performance products and experience in manufacturing. Customers will benefit from cost savings due to the proximity of the manufacturing facility, including lower cost of air-freight and better services as a result of being in the same time zone. According to Alien Technology's CEO, George Everhart, China is an increasingly important market for Alien and the company has responded to the Chinese government's call to strengthen collaboration with local partners. Working with local partners lets Alien manufacture closer to its customers enabling the company to provide better services to them. Alien has a comprehensive range of ALR-9800 and ALR-9900 readers certified for China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, Singapore and Thailand.
