M2M Communications, a collaboration between MyDealerLot and Electronic Inventory Solutions, has deployed a new customer service application, Service Drive Concierge (SDC) at Mercedes dealership, RBM of Atlanta-North. SDC provides dealerships with plasma monitors that automate customer reception, loaner management, process measurement, and even automated assurance that the customer's vehicle has passed through the car wash. SDC is simple to use and can generally be operational within a matter of days.
