3M Canada and Identec Solutions have formed a strategic partnership that recognises 3M Canada as a distribution partner for Identec Solutions' technology. Under the terms of the agreement, 3M Canada will promote, deliver and support Identec Solutions' Position Server and IntelliFIND asset management application suite across multiple industries throughout Canada, including construction, oil and gas, mining and electrical and telco markets. The application suite combines Identec Solutions' patented Intelligent Long-Range active RFID technology with the Position Server and patented IntelliFIND location software.
