Precision Dynamics Corporation (PDC), a provider of automatic wristband identification systems, and IntelliDOT Corporation, a developer of patient safety and workflow management systems, have announced a joint marketing agreement, through which the two companies will offer acute care facilities a proven patient safety solution using patient wristbands including either bar codes or RFID chips. "The PDC wristband identification systems, particularly RFID technology, will make our point of care systems much easier to use at bedside," said Dave Swenson, R.Ph., COO for IntelliDOT.
